INGREDIENTS

• 1/4 cup & 1 tablespoon Djion mustard
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (soy, peanut, or corn)
• Your favorite Kind Tree distillate oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt.
2. Gradually whisk in oil to create a creamy dressing.
3. Add your preferred Kind Tree distillate oil. Mix thoroughly.
4. Apply your dressing, or cover and store dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
