If you are a walk-in patient we offer consultation waivers so you can start shopping right away. Otherwise scheduling a virtual consult is the way to go.

Sign a consultation waiver and shop right away. Our experienced team will walk you through an overview of the program and answer any questions you may have. Have questions for a medical professional? You can always schedule a follow-up consultation with a Pharmacist anytime.

A consultation can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the knowledge of the patient, their medical history and the number of questions they may have to ask.

If you are visiting The Apothecarium for the first time, you will be required to complete our intake form. Out intake form is available on-line or you can complete it at the dispensary locations nearest you at our Lancaster dispensary, Thorndale dispensary and the Plymouth Meeting dispensary.

All consultations with our Medical Professionals are free!

You should bring a current list of any prescription, over-the-counter or herbal medications you are taking along with your patient card and your state issued ID.

Store and Shopping Questions

Our Plymouth Meeting location has a drive thru for your convenience. Simply place your order online and drive thru to pick up. First Time Patients must visit in store before proceeding to the drive thru.

We only accept cash and Canpay. There is an ATM onsite in the dispensary.

We do have a free onsite parking lot and we are handicap accessible.

First-Time Patients
1st Purchase: 35% off order
2nd Purchase: 25% off order (Must be used within 30 days of first visit)
3rd Purchase: 40% off order (Must be used within 30 days of second visit)

Applicable to patients new to Keystone Canna Remedies and The Apothecarium. Patient must be registered in the PA MMJ program. Offer excludes C Brand and Gage flower. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. First offer must be used upon first visit to dispensary, second offer must be used during second visit to dispensary, and third offer must be used during the third visit to dispensary. If patient selects another deal, the patient forfeits the offer. One time use per patient.

Returns and exchanges for defective products must occur within 7 days of purchase and must include original packaging to the original dispensing facility. All returns and exchanges are subject to management discretion. *All sales of non-medicated products are final*

Important Safety Reminders

  1. DO NOT visit if you are feeling ill. This is especially important for our at-risk and vulnerable customers.
  2. A limited number of customers, 4 or fewer, will be allowed inside at any given time.
  3. Be prepared to wait in line outside. Dress warmly and bring an umbrella — it might rain!
  4. Social distancing will be followed, with clearly defined 6 foot markers on the sidewalk and counter
  5. Only cannabis consultants will handle products, and customers will not be handed any product until transactions are complete.
  6. Increased cleaning and hourly disinfecting will take place for counters, door handles, tabletops, ordering kiosks, ATMs, etc.
  7. All inventory managers are following all necessary safety protocols in handling products once received at our locations, including wearing latex gloves and continuously disinfecting their work stations.
  8. Staff are provided PSL and have implemented the policy to not come into work if feeling ill.
  9. We are not handling IDs or any customer belongings other than cash or credit cards to complete transactions. Transaction devices and areas are sanitized after every payment is collected.
  10. Individuals handling payment shall sanitize/wash hands after every transaction.
  11. No sample “smell” containers of flowers will be utilized at this time.
  12. All products and displays typically in the customer area have been removed.
